END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Olympian Knights
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAME. BY INSTALLING OR USING OLYMPIAN KNIGHTS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Rasmus Caldwell, the developer and publisher of Olympian Knights ("the Game").
If you are accepting this agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree to these terms, or lack authority to accept them, do not install or use the Game.
This agreement governs your use of Olympian Knights and any related updates, patches, services, or support, unless accompanied by a different license.
1. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Olympian Knights on devices you control (e.g., PC, laptop, mobile, tablet), provided your system meets the game's requirements.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use third-party tools or alter the Game’s code to gain unfair advantages.
Violations may result in your Steam account being blacklisted, restricting your access to online features.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Harass, bully, impersonate, or engage in hate speech.
Exploit bugs or design flaws for unfair gain.
Such behavior may result in account blacklisting and denial of online services.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective from your first use of the Game and will remain in force until terminated.
You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game and removing it from your Steam account. Instructions:

Rasmus Caldwell may terminate this agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Game.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is", without any warranties—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
You assume full responsibility for use and performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rasmus Caldwell shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA is the complete agreement between you and Rasmus Caldwell regarding the Game and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
9. Modifications
This EULA may be updated from time to time. Notice may be given through the Game or Steam client. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Data Collection & Anti-Cheat Notice
Olympian Knights uses Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) and in-house anti-cheat systems to detect and prevent cheating.
By launching the Game, you agree that:
EAC operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
The Game’s internal cheat prevention systems may:
Capture screenshots of the game client window only (never your full desktop or external applications).
Collect identifiers such as your SteamID, username, IP address, and hardware IDs.
Log in-game activity, such as text chat, for anti-cheat enforcement.
These logs are typically overwritten within 3–7 days, unless extended retention is required for investigation.
Additionally, our servers may collect temporary gameplay data (e.g., match statistics, progression, in-game rewards) strictly for features such as ranking systems, unlockables, or achievements. This data is short-lived and primarily used for session-based tracking. Long-term storage and account-related data are managed securely through Steam’s backend services.
If cheating or abuse is detected, your Steam account may be blacklisted, and your access to online content may be suspended or permanently revoked.
11. Community Servers
Players may host their own community servers. Please note:
Server owners may collect data (e.g., game window screenshots, SteamIDs, usernames) to maintain server integrity and enforce rules.
Such servers are operated independently and are not controlled or monitored by Rasmus Caldwell.
Rasmus Caldwell is not responsible or liable for how community server operators handle data, comply with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), or manage server-side content.
As a community server owner, you agree:
Not to abuse user data or give unfair advantages to yourself or others.
Not to host modified versions that violate the integrity of the online experience.
Violations may result in removal of your ability to host servers and blacklisting from online play.
12. Health & Safety Warning – Photosensitive Seizures
Some individuals may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, even without a prior epilepsy diagnosis.
If you or someone in your household is photosensitive:
Consult a doctor before playing.
Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, disorientation, vision changes, twitching, or loss of awareness.
13. Crash Logs (Voluntary)
If the Game crashes, you may be prompted to send a crash report. These reports may include:
Device and hardware details
Your SteamID and username
Crash logs are only sent with your explicit consent via a prompt. No information is transmitted automatically.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By installing or using Olympian Knights, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
