END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – GLINTLAND DEMO
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR PLAYING GLINTLAND (the “Game”)
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA), which constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Christoph Franz Lipphart, trading as itengy Games, located at Pirching 128, 8200 Hofstätten an der Raab, Austria.
If you do not accept the terms outlined below, do not install or use the Game.
This EULA governs your use of the Game, including its software, any related media, documentation (digital or printed), updates, and any components related to online functionality.
Use of the Game may also be subject to third-party terms (e.g., Steam Subscriber Agreement, Epic Games licenses). You must also comply with those if applicable.
itengy Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this EULA and any platform-specific terms (e.g. Steam or Epic Games Store terms).
You may transfer your license permanently to another person if:
You provide them with the full, original version (including packaging and documentation if applicable)
You delete all your copies and installations of the Game
The recipient agrees to this EULA
The Game and all associated intellectual property—such as artwork, code, music, sound, design, characters, dialogues, concepts, and other content—are the property of itengy Games or its licensors. You are granted a limited license, but no ownership or proprietary rights.
You may not:
Copy the Game beyond what is permitted by law or store/platform rules
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Game
Use the Game for commercial purposes, including public exhibitions or tournaments, without written permission.
Share, distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Game
Remove or bypass technical protections or access controls
Use unauthorized software or hardware to modify the Game, cheat, or exploit gameplay
Export or re-export the Game in violation of applicable laws
If the Game requires a product key or activation code, that code is non-replaceable. Lost or stolen activation keys will not be reissued.
Certain Game features may require an internet connection and may rely on online services operated by itengy Games or authorized partners.
itengy Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate online access for users who:
Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
Interfere with the experience of other players
Violate community guidelines or fair play policies
From time to time, itengy Games may provide updates, patches, or modifications. These may be required for continued use of the Game and may be installed automatically. This EULA applies to any such updates.
itengy Games may collect anonymous gameplay data (e.g., session duration, actions taken, and connection status) for the purpose of improving the Game. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
If you purchased the Game on physical media (e.g., disc), itengy Games warrants the disc to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from purchase. If defective, itengy Games will, at its discretion, replace the disc or refund the purchase price upon proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or neglect. Any replacement is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days—whichever is longer.
The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, itengy Games disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. It does not guarantee that the Game will function without interruption, be virus-free or be error-free.
The Game includes software developed by Epic Games, Inc. ("Epic"). All materials from Epic are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Neither itengy Games nor Epic are liable for damages related to the Epic code.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
itengy Games, Epic, and their licensors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits
Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game
Nothing in this EULA limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law
Your consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
This license is valid until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game and deleting all copies. itengy Games may terminate the license if you breach this EULA.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Game.
You agree that a breach of this EULA could cause irreparable harm to itengy Games. In such cases, itengy Games may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless itengy Games, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Game or violation of this EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Austria. Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Austria.
