END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Ninetales Studios ("Licensor") regarding the use of the game Space Defense Special Force (also known as "Game"). By installing or using this Game, you agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Granted
1.1 Limited License: The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes, as specified in this EULA.
1.2 Restrictions: You may not, under any circumstances:
Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Game or its license in any manner.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game's source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without the express permission of the Licensor.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: The Game and all its components, including but not limited to graphics, music, characters, source code, and other materials, are the exclusive property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 No Transfer of Ownership: No ownership rights in the Game are transferred to you under this EULA. You only have a limited license to use the Game as described herein.
3. Game Usage Terms
3.1 User Conduct: You agree not to use the Game for:
Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Violating the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Interfering with, corrupting, or harming the functionality of the Game or associated servers.
3.2 User Account: To access the game, you need a Steam account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Updates and Modifications
4.1 Updates: The Licensor may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications for the Game. These updates will be subject to this EULA unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Changes: The Licensor may modify or discontinue access to the Game at any time, without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Warranties: The Game is provided "as is," and the Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination of Agreement: This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies. The Licensor may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach any of the terms of this EULA.
6.2 Effects of Termination: Upon termination of this EULA, your license to use the Game will be revoked, and you must uninstall the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
7. Applicable Law
7.1 Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this EULA will be resolved by binding arbitration under Brazilian law.
8. General Provisions
8.1 Changes to the EULA: The Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be communicated and made available for review on the game's Steam page.
8.2 Severability: If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
9. Acceptance
By installing or using the Game, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must uninstall and stop using the Game immediately.
