By visiting and/or using the fluXis website (https://fluxis.flux.moe), the official game client (as found on https://fluxis.flux.moe/download or https://register.steamproxy.me/app/3440100) or any affiliated services (henceforth referenced as "fluXis"), you acknowledge your full compliance with these terms of service.

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account and/or access to the service at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified of these changed through your at-registration provided E-Mail. If you do not agree to the changes, you may opt-out of these terms by requesting a removal.

We reserves the right to change the service at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of the service without notice or liability.

We are not liable for any damages caused by the use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

You acknowledge that fluXis is not liable for any user submitted content or the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of and any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

The service is controlled and offered by fluXis from its facilities in Germany. We make no representations that the service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

You understand that when using this service, you will be exposed to user submitted content from a variety of sources, and that fluXis is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such user submitted content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to user submitted content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against fluXis with respect thereto.

You are solely responsible for any user submitted content you submit, post, or otherwise make available via the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize fluXis to use your user submitted content as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in this agreement.

In connection with user submitted content, you affirm, represent and warrant the following:
- You will not submit any material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant fluXis all of the license rights granted herein.

fluXis reserves the right to remove any user submitted content at any time and for any reason. fluXis does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the service, and fluXis will remove all user submitted content if properly notified that such user submitted content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.

fluXis contains a number of volunteer positions that are drawn directly from the community. These teams require extra permissions and access in order to facilitate the community-driven aspect of the game. These positions include, but are not limited to:
- The Moderation Team
- The Purification Team (Quality Assurance)

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. fluXis will explicitly ask for information about you when such information is needed for us to provide you with a service. Any submission of any personal information is done only with your voluntary act.
