1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Viacheslav Bogdanov (“Developer”) for the use of the software product LocalHelper.ai (“Software”). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
• Home / Non-Commercial License
You may install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single personal computer strictly for personal, home, or other non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial Use
Any business, professional, or revenue-generating use is not permitted under this license. To obtain rights for commercial use, you must contact the copyright holders and purchase an appropriate commercial license.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software (including any updates, modifications, and documentation) remain with the Developer.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to others without prior written permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights;
Use the Software to develop or train competing AI products.
5. Privacy and Offline Use
LocalHelper.ai runs entirely offline—voice and text stay on your device. No personal data leave the machine unless you deliberately provide it for support or licensing. On a crash, the app may send Sentry a small, anonymised slice of the last transcript with technical logs for debugging.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or lost profits.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a neutral jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
