End User License Agreement (EULA) – Shuttle Mining Demo

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Arachnocoder, the developer and publisher of the game Shuttle Mining. By downloading, installing, or playing the Shuttle Mining demo, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Demo for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Demo, including but not limited to all content, code, graphics, and sound, are owned by Arachnocoder. This Agreement does not give you any ownership rights.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Demo;
Redistribute, resell, rent, or lease the Demo;
Use the Demo for commercial purposes;
Bypass or disable any security or DRM features.
4. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Demo.
5 Disclaimer
The Demo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Arachnocoder is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Demo.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or play the Demo.
