1. Acceptance of Terms
This document is a legal agreement between you and "3amSoo" (the "Developer"). By playing "StackIt" (the "Game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot play the Game.

To operate and improve the Game, we must collect certain information.

System Information: Your operating system, CPU, graphics card, RAM capacity, etc.
Gameplay Information: Your playtime, in-game logs of specific actions, error and crash reports, your Steam ID Nickname, and records of stage completion.
Purpose of Use: We use this data only for balancing gameplay, identifying the cause of bugs, optimizing the user experience, and preventing the use of unauthorized programs.
Data Retention: We retain this data only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes, after which it is deleted.
Your Rights: You have the right to refuse consent. However, because this data is essential for the Game's operation, refusing consent will prevent you from playing the Game.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to hack, reverse-engineer, illegally copy, commercially exploit, or otherwise disrupt the Game service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Game.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms as needed. We will notify you of any significant changes within the Game or through other means.
