USER AGREEMENT
For the game Not A Dream Job
Effective date: 06/30/2025

1. General Provisions
1.1. By installing, launching or using the game Not A Dream Job, you confirm that:
- You have reached the age of 18+;
- You accept all the terms of this agreement;
- Understand that the Game is a work of art and does not promote illegal actions, does not aim to offend or ridicule anyone. Everything that happens in the game is only the vision of the authors. Any coincidences or similarities are RANDOM, all characters and situations are INVENTED. The country in which the actions of the game take place is FICTITIOUS, as are all the characters.

1.2. Eternity Studio Games is not responsible for:
- Any of your actions in real life related to the content of the Game;
- Technical problems on your device;
- For any damage (direct / indirect) that occurred while using the game;
- For the actions of third parties related to the game;
- For content created by users;
- Attempts to repeat anything from the game in real life.

1.3. The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- No errors or bugs;
- Compatibility with all devices and OS;
- Perfect spelling.

2. Restrictions

2.1. It is prohibited to:

- Distribute hacked versions of the Game;

- Use the Game content (characters, dialogues, code) for commercial purposes without written permission.

2.2. The Game may contain:

- Adult content (drugs, violence, profanity);

- Provocative storylines;

- In rare moments, prohibitions, flashes and loud sounds.

2.3. By purchasing the game, you agree:
- That digital goods are non-refundable.
- That the theme and content of the game were known to you in advance from the description.

3. Privacy

3.1. The Game does not collect personal user data, unless otherwise specified separately.

4. Copyright

4.1. All rights to the Game belong to Eternity Studio Games;
4.2. Quoting or using Game materials for educational/review/entertainment purposes is allowed with a link to the original.

5. Other
5.1. We reserve the right to change the agreement. The current version is on Steam;
5.2. For questions: write to Telegram "©eternity".
5.3. In case of discrepancies between the language versions of the agreement, the original Russian-language text takes precedence.

Appendix:
- The player agrees that all decisions of the characters and the main character are his personal choice, and the author does not encourage them in reality.

All content presented herein, except for the elements specified below, constitutes the intellectual property of Eternity Games Studio and is protected by copyright law.
