Travel across the divided Arca City, where half the population have accepted digital implants to access basic services, as well as higher luxuries. While beyond the harbour in the disobedient Holdout Districts, vagrants needing ‘liberation’ roam the city’s neglected wastes, urban dwellings, and industrial areas. Leave no stone unturned, as Holdouts use ingenious means to hide and arm themselves.

Play as young Chip, a recruit in the Implant Corps, and prove your worth to your friends and family by winning the coveted one-of-a-kind implant model: the Forehead Chip.
