The Fancy Wardrobe Package contains the following items for these characters:

Johnny: Gentleman outfit, Gold Sword, Gelder Shield
Donny: Rich outfit, Golden Fist Blades
Gloria: Socialite outfit, Gold Knife, Gold Cleaver
Zeta: Gold Model outfit

To receive your items in-game, talk to Kista the delivery girl, pictured below. She can be found in Tenforks at the beginning of the game and in Kirkeby later on.

This DLC was a reward for the more generous backers of the Johnny Lionface Kickstarter campaign in 2020. Now you too can get your hands on luxury!
Also included are several exclusive desktop wallpapers. They are located in the "wallpapers" folder when you browse local files.
