Solar Nations 2 is a unique take on the Grand Strategy Genre, as it begins in the near future, between the present day and galaxy-spanning science fiction. Guide the successors of our current age and change the world into something reminiscent of utopian abundance, or dystopian horror!

Each one has borne a new generation of cultures, each ready to prove themselves to the now much larger domain of humanity. Take command of one of these new nations or stick to Old Earth, the choice is yours.

In war, you command vast space fleets to conquer the planets, while also intricately customizing each vessel to fit a role of your choosing. 

In peace, you carefully navigate the political intrigues of an interplanetary society, while constructing great projects which will stand as testimonies of your greatness to future generations.

WAR OF THE FUTURE, FOR THE FUTURE

All civilizations of the world are locked in the eternal struggle for dominance over the mind, each has a worldview and a sense of righteousness which makes conflict inevitable, and in the process of evolution, only the fittest survives.

Combine armies, planes, ships, spaceships, and operatives together to build an unstoppable war machine, each having a special part to play in the great game of civilizations. You can subtly undermine your opponents with misdirection and sabotage, or beat them through force of arms, both are valid paths to victory.
