Shaken from a living sleep, you awaken as a fugitive. You have been found out - being awake is forbidden - and whoever strays must be excised. The Surgeons - the city's enforcers - are on their way. You must gather what you can and run, and search for a way to escape your pursuers.

Journey through a dark dystopian city where humans have conquered time. Explore lost shadows where feral phantoms and entities sleep, and discover what lurks in the heart of this dark metropolis.

Unravel a mysterious narrative as you search for who sent you on this path. Find your way through winding alley ways, traverse rooftops, grand monuments, work your way through maze-like buildings, and meet characters who try to live in this harsh world outside the grasp of the Mind Maze, and find out if they will help you.

Escalating Tension

Fight against time as you find a way to escape the city, before the Mind Maze activates. Over time the city narrows its gaze, ratcheting up the pressure with every wrong step you take. Sooner or later the city will find you - endure the increasing difficulty or find a way to delay it.

Unforgiving Combat

With no hand holding you will be thrown into brutal combat with relentless and aggressive enemies, each with their own unique abilities and tactics, which demand both grit and quick wits to overcome.

Use stealth, or plan ahead by setting traps to slow your pursuers down or to shake them off your trail.

The enemies in this metropolis are not so easily fooled - they learn from their engagements and will actively stalk and track you.

Some enemies will even exploit shadows and stealth.

Unique AI and Stealth

Clue System: Whether it be a blown out candle, bloodstains or dead bodies left behind by a previous battle, or a trail of footprints leading right to your location, every action you take leaves behind a lasting consequence. The more of a commotion you make, the more enemies will communicate and exchange intel and more effectively hunt you down. Be wary as even your shadow and your silhouette can betray you.

Equipment

At the start, choose from a selection of primary "perk" equipment, each influencing your abilities and means of survival, and having a drastic affect on your gameplay experience.
