The Deluxe Starter Pack includes all of the features of the base game, the outdoor terrain, minis and maps of the Outdoor Starter Pack PLUS 11 additional assets perfect for creating the local village. The DLC pack for only $19.99 is a $46 value if purchased separately with in-app purchases.
