As we develop and craft Pastures New we want you to come along for the journey. On the road to early access we plan to release 3 Demos, so you can experience and help us shape the world of Pastures New. Currently we are preparing for Demo 1.0 which will be a fully creative experience. So get your hammer ready and plan your grand designs.

Moving to Pastures New has been a lifelong dream. This is your chance to create a new life in a fresh procedurally-generated world. Play by yourself or with friends.

Pastures New has a huge procedurally-generated world, therefore each playthrough offers new possibilities as every world will be different to the last. Currently the world is made up of 4 different biomes, bringing different outposts and varying challenges as you travel the world. Exploring the expansive wilderness won’t come without risks. Make sure to pack enough supplies, as camping out in the wild can be cold and dangerous.

Explore the unlimited building possibilities with our custom modular building system, and discover various styles and tiers of building blocks. Use these to let your imagination run wild. Create anything from a small log cabin to a massive mediaeval style castle, as you sculpt your world to be a place you feel at home in. Looking for a more casual relaxing experience, then look no further, as a creative mode offers a stress free way to construct epic buildings from your wild imagination without the worry of gathering resources and surviving the seasonal elements.

Feel the world around you come to life, with a dynamic weather system and the shifting seasons of Pastures New. Encounter varying weather systems from theatrical thunderstorms, to bitterly cold blizzards.

Begin the journey of a lifetime in a small village, in desperate needs of new goods and fresh trade routes. Explore and interact with a host of different NPC’s. Through an in-depth reputation system; unlock unique NPC decisions and specialised tasks. Discover various settlements and outposts, to create new trade networks and connect luxury resources.

Put your work boots on and grab a watering can, as there are many different crops to cultivate. Explore different seasonal crops and the bounties they bring. Players have the ability to customise their farm and the crops they grow. Remember, though, that the global market changes and this could impact profits substantially. Use the fruits of your labour to create anything from basic to exquisite meals to improve your abilities and give you that extra energy for the next day's harvest.

Alter your character’s appearance and starting skills in the character customiser. You’ll also be able to influence your starting skills, from a range of different backgrounds of what professions your character did before moving to Pastures New. 

Unlock perks in the skill trees to fine-tune your abilities. Improve your tool proficiencies to complete your daily tasks more efficiently. With a vast array of skills and abilities, each player can master different specialties to complement their character. Want to be the player with the best fishing expertise in existence? Reel them in! Want to cultivate the most exotic crops? Let’s ‘seed’ what you can do!

Refine, craft and cook. Find new ways to refine your resources more productively with tiers of tools and crafting stations. Create better clothing and more nutritious food to allow you to be more efficient in your daily activities and better equipped for the climatic conditions.
