Upgrade System - Chips

In ReSetna, power is in your hands with the Chip Upgrade System: a modular, Tetris-inspired grid that lets you refine your abilities, weapons, and survival skills. Slot chips to enhance your combat prowess, movement, defense, and hacking abilities, adapting your playstyle to any challenge.

• Weapon Chips: Unlock devastating attacks for the axe, naginata, and sword, from lightning arcs to piercing strikes and ranged slashes.

• Ability Chips: Gain an edge in mobility and defense, with upgrades like precision wall jumps, explosive dodges, and reinforced shields.

• General Chips: Boost health, regenerate after taking damage, or unleash shocking counterattacks when struck.

• Hack Chips: Manipulate enemies with chain lightning, detonate foes remotely, or reduce cooldowns for quicker cyber warfare. 

Experiment with chip placement to unlock powerful synergies, customize your loadout, and take down the corrupted machines that stand in your way. Upgrade your chip tiers by combining chips of the same color, and maximize their potential by ensuring more chips of the same color are connected together.

Story

In a world where organic life has long since perished, ReSetna is awakened by APEX AI to confront the growing threat of the mysterious Signal. As the Signal spreads chaos, disrupting the balance of the world and driving robots to madness, ReSetna, a combat-ready robot with advanced technology, must uncover the truth behind this disturbance and eliminate the Signal’s influence. With her loyal drone companion IXA, ReSetna traverses a crumbling world, piecing together the secrets of Project Ascendance while battling fierce enemies and uncovering a dark history.
