In Pionero Capital, you will have the opportunity to live the successful entrepreneur life. Start from a small factory and work your way up to your own company headquarters in a skyscraper in the city downtown. All of this takes place in an immersive open-world with plenty of places to explore, cars to drive, clothes to wear, and properties to buy—all within an online universe.

Work jobs to save for your business

You arrive in the city with nothing but ambition. With no money to your name, every success must be earned through hard work and determination.

Take on jobs like lumberjack, trucker, or garbageman, and start saving up. Your ultimate goal? Buy your first factory and lay the foundation for your business empire.

Dreams start in garages (or factories)

After you save some money you will be able to bootstrap your company.

On which industry you want to build your company: Technology, Textile or Gastronomy? Would you like to build something like a smartphone company? Or maybe a luxury clothing brand? Or maybe a network of restaurants?

Buy the machinery

Starting your business requires courage, but also requires capital. Capital for machines and for supplies.

Whether that machinery is your kitchen equipment, or textile machines, or a workbench to assemble technology.

Buy the supplies

You have your machines set up and your factory ready. Now, to start producing, you will need supplies (such as lithium batteries, threads, or raw materials for cooking).

You can find freshly imported goods at the imports warehouse located at the Docks.

Start earning with your startup

Use machinery and supplies to craft your products.

Once your company is set up and your products are published, customers from around the map will start placing orders for your goods, and it will be up to you to deliver them.

Everything is controlled through you (in-game) phone

Pionero features a rich in-game phone, where you can control your business, your properties and your vehicles, among other features.

Dress as you like

There are multiple clothing stores across the island, offering everything from casual urban outfits to luxurious suits. Find the style that suits you best.

Everything you saw is online

All of this happens online—you can build your empire solo, with a friend, or as part of a team.

You'll constantly see other entrepreneurs building their own companies in the same world, and you’ll have the chance to inspect their businesses.

Partnerships are an essential part of success, so don’t be shy—connect with other colleagues and grow together!

Buy, mod and drive cars

There are many cars available at dealerships, ranging from old, second-hand vehicles that simply get you from point A to point B to SUVs and luxury cars that elevate your journey.

You can visit tuning shops to modify them, enhancing both their performance and appearance.

Buy properties

Along with cars, you can buy properties to enjoy your company money. From small apartments in industrial areas to beautiful residential houses. You can also decorate your properties with furniture and by painting the walls to reflect your style, whether it’s modern, classic/cozy, or whatever you prefer.

Additionally, many of the furniture pieces you buy for your properties are functional, such as refrigerators to store food, stoves for cooking, or closets where you can keep all the clothes you’ve purchased.
