Serve as a medical professional running an emergency clinic during a violent viral outbreak of mutant humans in 1-8 player co-op first-person medical sim and FPS gameplay. Provide care, quarantine the infected, and defend your patients from zombies, werewolves, mind control worms, and other infection types while you race to study the infection and help find a cure.

Evaluate and treat victims caught up in the chaos of the mutant outbreak using an in-depth medical system. Apply proper care for gunshot wounds, stabbings, car crashes, and other physical trauma. Perform triage and dismiss the recovered to free space for more patients.

Quarantine and medicate the infected before they turn into mutants and attack your patients and staff. Arm yourself, gear up, and fight off raids from wandering mutant hordes or armed bandits exploiting the unrest to steal your critical life-saving supplies. Infection types include zombies, werewolves, mind control worms, and others added post-release.

Order supply deliveries, keep a tight budget, and expand infrastructure. Monitor your “Hope” score by making sure you have enough medicine, beds, blood, and body bags for everyone who comes in. Grab a broom, mop, or power washer to clean up the dirt, bugs, blood, and shell casings that litter the facility.

Research your infected patients and support the search for a cure. Track symptoms and report your findings to health agencies so they can send a vaccine, then inject enough people to flatten the curve of infections.
