In the Twinkleby demo, you’ll be able to decorate an island of your own with a set collection of items and customisation options. But if you keep an eye out, you’ll be able to unlock more as you play!

Twinkleby is a laid-back decoration game set in a nostalgic, cozy universe with an absurdist twist; you progress through an archipelago of floating islands, build neighbourhood dioramas, and throw whatever items and creatures you don’t want into space. Twinkleby is a universe where the mood changes on a whim, where you create elaborate environments by controlling the soundtrack, scenery and lighting, and build dreamscapes that range from eerie and gothic to adorable and romantic.

Prepare to encounter two whimsy residents who want to make themselves at home. These characters have personality traits that affect how they interact with the environment and each other, and like everything else in Twinkleby, any neighbour can be evicted at any time – just throw their luggage off the side of the island, and they’ll take the hint.

In Twinkleby, the world is your inventory. Throw anything you don’t want off the side of the island, and it will be returned to your collections. Rebuild, redesign, and unlock new ways to customise using colours, wallpapers, and sceneries. As you change the scenery, you change the soundtrack and gradually gain further control over the ambience of your dreamscape.


In the updated Twinkleby demo, you will get access to a new backdrop and weather, and unlock summery skies full of fluffy clouds and an eerie autumn mist – all with a matching soundtrack. In addition, there are new types of items to match the scenery changes, so that you can create atmospheric scenes ranging from romantic picnics to gothic horror.

In the Twinkleby demo, you can:

✦ Decorate your houses and garden with an item collection that expand as you play.

✦ Unlock a new backdrop with blue skies and fluffy clouds, a new foggy weather and several new items for you to decorate your island with.

✦ Attract two whimsy characters to your island, and discover how they interact with your items and houses.

✦ Try to make your new residents happy by fulfilling their wishes – or evict them from your island if they get on your nerves.

✦ Compose the soundtrack of your diorama using the weathers, seasons and backdrops.

✦ Enjoy escapist, relaxing gameplay without the stress of lose conditions and
