• Department of Infectious Diseases - an expansion with a new department and diagnoses, also brings a new ambulance, isolation ward, outbreaks and new events
  
• Traumatology Department - an expansion with a new department and diagnoses, also brings helicopters, wheelchairs and new events
  
• Doctor mode - a free DLC with character editor and more advanced diagnostic gameplay, included for convenience
