Football Academy Manager (FAM) is a football management game focused on scouting, player development, and transfers. Attend matches, identify promising talents, analyze their abilities, and decide who to sign into your academy.

Once signed, you can train your players with a targeted focus, track their progress, and eventually place them at clubs — including negotiating bonuses and sell-on clauses.

Each successful transfer increases your prestige, boosting your chances of signing even better talent in the future. At the same time, you develop your own scout profile and invest in improving your academy — from training focus and staff to infrastructure and tools.
